Pros: You don't have to strain your right hand to rotate it, because it doesn't. Will keep flat terrain relatively flat.
Cons: Lots. One necessity in your building is to have a flat space at least two blocks wide at all times, to accomodate this bastard of a piece. Frankly, I think the game could've survived without it. It's a very boring piece, too; it does not provoke fascinating conversation.
