You think you're doing all well and good, right? These staircase formations will soothe the savage S- and Z-shapes. But wait. Is that a square? Well, where the heck is that one going to go? One should always leave a plateau of 2 blocks wide at all times. It isn't that hard to accomplish. For you Flash people, click on the blue dots to check out your options as far as placing this square goes. Note that you might be able to place the left halve of the square on the second peak, and hope that a T-shaped tetrad will come by for a thrilling Nook Twist to save your butt. Also, note the gap on the far left. You will need either a straight piece or a Gamma block to fill it, otherwise it may eventually develop into a Diabolical Double Alley. Therefore, try not to let situations like these occur. |
